Bidder shall have current standing as a City approved pre-qualified. The proposed work shall be performed in accordance with the plans, specifications and other contract documents and shall consist of the following: reconstructing existing curb ramps and sidewalks on various streets throughout the City. The curb ramp locations are shown on Appendices A and B, “Curb Ramp Locations Map”. It is recommended and the Contractor’s responsibility to inspect and survey each curb ramp location prior to submitting a Bid. The condition of the curb ramps are easily verifiable and change orders will not be granted because of Contractor’s lack of investigation of the existing conditions (Work). Bonds required. Prevailing wages. Q&A due by 01/25/21 at 5Pm.
