The City of Port St. Lucie desires to obtain quotations from qualified individuals, firms, and legal entities relative to the Curtis Street Sidewalk Construction Project. This work shall be in accordance with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Local Agency Program (LAP) and based on plans and specifications of the bid documents. The Contract period is estimated at one hundred twenty (120) calendar days with no option for renewal. It is the intent of the City to enter into a unit price contract with one (1) qualified General Contractor to provide all the labor, supervision, equipment, machinery, tools, materials, permits, transportation, utilities, and other incidentals required to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents for the Curtis St Sidewalk Project from Prima Vista Blvd to Floresta Dr.
