HCSD Custodial Building, 40 Holcomb Street, Clarkesville, GA 30523
Trades: Roofing Contractor
Scope of work: Remove and replace the existing roofing and batt insulation at the Custodial Building. At minimum, the following must be included: • Provide all set-up hoisting and clean-up required for project. • Furnish material and labor to remove the existing roof system (overhead from exterior of the building) and dispose of all debris. • Furnish material and labor to install new vinyl batt insulation, state R-value and thickness as part of Bid document. • Furnish material and labor to install a new 22-gauge steel standing seam metal roof system including all required flashings in a galvalume finish. No exposed fasteners allowed. • Furnish material and labor to install new 24-gauge steel edge metal, gutters, and downspouts in a galvalume finish. Questions via email to Owner by 5/26/2022, 3:00pm.
