In general, the work comprises without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant work necessary to provide custodial and janitorial services as further described in Exhibit “A”. The quantity of work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximate only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids. Actual quantities of work to be performed may vary at the discretion of the Director of Public Works. The work to be done shall include furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required. Prevailing wages. Bonds required.Q&A due by 05/28/20 by the end of day.
