Calvert County Government is seeking to obtain the services of a qualified Contractor to provide custodial services at the Fairview Community Center and Branch of Calvert Library, 8120 Southern Maryland Blvd., Owings, Calvert County, Maryland, 20736 in accordance with this RFQ. The total gross size of the Fairview Community Center and Library Branch is approximately 8,567 gross square feet, more or less, including unoccupied areas. The Facility is comprised primarily of office space, bathrooms, lobbies, conference rooms, elevator, and stairwells. The Contractor shall be responsible for cleaning the Facility entirely, excluding the mechanical and electrical rooms and any areas designated by the Project Manager. Bonds may be required. Prevailing wages apply.
