The City of Lakewood solicits proposals from qualified individuals or entities for custodial services in accordance with the specifications and contract docs. Locations to be services are listed in the attached. Custodial services shall be performed on a five-day schedule. The Contractor will perform the services for all the identified buildings listed under Part I, Item II., Facility List. Most buildings will be cleaned between the hours of 6 p.m. and 5 a.m., Monday through Friday. Questions are due by 5:00 PM on June 16th.
