The Global Forensic Justice Center(GFJC), part of Florida International University (FIU) in Largo Florida, is seeking to establish a contractual relationship with an experienced and qualified firm to provide custodial services in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible while, at the same time, maintaining the same quality of service, safety and reliability. The respondent shall provide all labor necessary to clean all designated areas. All cleaning tools, equipment, safety materials and chemicals are to be furnished for use throughout all buildings. This contract will be for three (3) years with two (2) optional 1 (one) year renewals. GFJC is a forensic training facility associated with FIU in Largo Florida. Our purpose is equitable justice through science, scholarship, and service. Our structure builds on four established focus areas - Academia, Industry, Technology and International Justice - dramatically expanding the university's footprint and providing unparalleled opportunities for students, postdocs, faculty, practitioners and agencies worldwide.
