The contractor shall provide appropriately equipped and trained custodial personnel to provide routine, scheduled and unscheduled, emergency cleaning services for Homestead Campus and West Campus. Any contracted services under this prequalification will commence on January 1, 2021 and shall expire on June 30, 2021. The additional five years of the agreement will be renewed annually at the College’s discretion every July 1st, commencing on July 1, 2021. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
