The City of Carlsbad is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide custodial cleaning and support services for our blockhouse restrooms across multiple park and beach locations. Proposals must be submitted as described in this Request for Proposal document. Please review the entire package before submitting. Incomplete submissions may be disqualified without further consideration.The agreement is anticipated to be an initial two (2) year term with up to two (2) additional two-year optional extensions.
