The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals necessary to perform interior and exterior custodial services and light maintenance to ensure the facility(s) is maintained in a safe, attractive, clean, sanitary and operable manner at all times. Each Area represents a single contract. Where two locations are within the same Area, you must bid on each location to be considered for award for that contract. For example, if a bid is submitted for Laurens County Rest Area #87 you must also bid on Laurens County Rest Area #88 as they are both in Area 2C. This will be a multiple award. The Department reserves the right to limit award to a max of 2 contracts per Bidder. Locations include: Catoosa, Chatham, Lowndes, Muscogee, Harris, Monroe, Bibb, Dooly, Richmond, Laurens, Columbia, Morgan & Franklin Counties.
