The Culpeper Soil and Water Conservation District will be accepting sealed, competitive bids pursuant to Section 2.2-4300 of the Code of Virginia for the reconstruction of one earthen shoreline wave berm on one flood control dam in Madison County, Virginia. Project to include reservoir dewatering, excavation and disposal of old shoreline dredge material, refill of wave berm and required compaction, revegetation of wave berm and full site stabilization and seeding. Contractor will be responsible for refilling of reservoir after full vegetative stabilization and submitting survey data to engineer for as-built second drawings. The time for completion of the entire project shall be 120 consecutive calendar days from the date of Commencement of the Work as specified in the Notice of Proceed. Bonds required.
