The Fairfax County School Board hereby invites qualified bidders who are properly licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia to submit bids for Rooftop Unit Replacements at Daniels Run Elementary School. The Project generally consists of removal of four (4) rooftop units and replace such equipment with four (4) new packaged rooftop units at the specified location. The work includes all associated demolition rigging, piping, equipment, electrical equipment, controls, insulation, patching, painting and related work as shown on the project drawings and as detailed in the specifications to provide a complete and fully operational installation. Q&A due 3 days prior to bid.
