The work under this Contract consists of of the construction of 70-foot timber pedestrian bridge over Beaver Brook and approximately 400 feet of a 10-foot wide shared use path along an existing abandoned rail corridor that serves as an overhead utility right-of-way between Hobart Street and Beaver Park in Danvers, MA. Work associated with the Project consists of stone dust path, modified rockfill slopes, timber railings, loam & seed side slopes, timber pilings, and timber pedestrian bridge structure. The Contract Time shall be 270 calendar days commencing ten (10) days following the effective date of the Agreement. The work shall be substantially completed on or before November 30, 2021 and fully completed and ready for final payment on or before April 1, 2022. Prequalification with MassDOT is required.
