Walsh Construction II, LLC (Walsh) is seeking qualified Certified DBE sub-consultants and invites the submission of qualifications for the upcoming progressive design-build project at the Graham Hill Water Treatment Plant in Santa Cruz, CA. Interested respondents are hereby directed to the City of Santa Cruz’s "Open Request for Proposals or Qualifications" webpage to obtain relevant solicitation information. Please note respondents may be required to execute an NDA with the City of Santa Cruz to obtain a copy of Request for Qualifications (RFQ) document an access to other relevant information. \n\r\n\rThe intent of this advertisement is to identify qualified respondents having demonstrated experience, expertise and resources to provide the design and engineering services including but not limited to:\n\r -Architectural Design\n\r -Geotechnical Design\n\r -Landscaping Design\n\r -Structural Engineering\n\r -Environmental Compliance\n\r -Surveying\n\r -Utility Locate and Potholing Services\n\r\n\rWalsh will utilize the DBE responses to prequalify and shortlist sub-consultants who will be invited to submit pricing for incorporation into its request for proposal (RFP). Interested firms statement of Qualifications are due to Walsh no later than August 22, 2020 at 5:00 PM PST.
