The project consists of demolishing three structures and above-ground gas tank facility located on the Middlesex Fells Reservation and remove all debris. Abate asbestos in each building as required and grade the site as shown on the site plan. Relocate all items designated on the contract documents to be relocated to a temporary storage facility located adjacent to the work area. The existing slabs and foundations shall not be removed as part of this contract. The work is to be accomplished within 30 calendar days of a notice to proceed. All Bidders for this project are required to be certified with the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) Demolition and must submit with the bid an update of their respective qualifications. MBE/WBE goal is 10.4% and SDVOB goal is 3%.
