Trades: Debris Removal - General Engineering Contractor
The Dog Island Conservation District (DICD) in Franklin County FL intends to enter into a Lump Sum agreement which will include associated tipping fees with a qualified Contractor to provide one-time only debris removal and disposal services from and along the sandy beaches of Dog Island FL. DICD estimates that approximately 2100 cubic yards of debris will need to be removed. The Dog Island Conservation District is only accessed by boat. No bridge connects the island to the mainland. All work on the beach must be complete by March 31, 2021 to avoid turtle season. Full contract completion date is April 30, 2021. This project is funded by the National Fish and Wildlife Federation. Prevailing wages apply.
