Cleaning and maintenance shall include: Removal and disposal of lead shot, lead dust, lead dust waste residue, unburnt gunpowder, and wadding from shooting booths (all surfaces including the intake vents), range floor, and collection traps. The Range Master, or his authorized representative, may increase or decrease the frequency of this maintenance as needed at no additional costs to Cook County. Replacement of the exhaust filters for the ventilation system as scheduled, or as requested by the Cook County Sheriff’s Range Master or his authorized representative. Removal and disposal of lead shot, lead dust, lead dust waste residue, unburnt gunpowder, and wadding from the range tracking equipment, range walls and all other surfaces. All work methods must be performed in full compliance with all Local, State and Federal safety and environmental regulations. Bonds accepted. Prevailing wages. Cook County, IL.
