The State of Delaware, Office of Management and Budget, Division of Facilities Management, is seeking to engage the services of a Construction Management (CM) firm for the Delaware Veterans Home Dental Suite. The selected CM will provide the following services: preconstruction services as required, to include but not be limited to, cost estimating, bid package development and bid solicitations, and construction services as required, to include but not be limited to, managing the bidding packages, coordinating contractor work, phasing the project, and overseeing construction. The project consists of renovations to approximately 3100 sf of the existing building and a 2400 sf one-story addition. Work will include, but not be limited to, sitework, selective demolition, concrete, masonry, structural steel, carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection. Questions due by 04/09/2021.
