The Proposed Project will be located at the City of Glendale Grayson Facility where the existing units are located. The Grayson site is northeast of the intersection of Highway 134 and Interstate 5 and is east of the Los Angeles River. The proposed repowered Grayson Power Plant would serve three major roles for the City: Providing a local source of generation to serve GWP load in Glendale. Providing spinning and non-spinning reserves. Providing regulation to balance conventional and renewable resources, both imported and local. Q&A due by 05/15/20 at 5Pm. Bonds required.
