The City of Santa Barbara solicits bids to replace the original carpet and ceramic tiles with new vinyl flooring, except three bedrooms which will be replaced with new carpet. Questions are due by 5:00 PM on Oct 5th. Project duration is 10 working days. In accordance with Civil Code ยง 9550, if the bid exceeds $25,000, the Successful Bidder shall furnish within ten (10) consecutive calendar days after written Notice of Award, a Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the bid as well as a separate Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid total. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
