The project consists of the demolition of nine (9) original hutments. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that the specified demolition which includes but is not limited to properly removing and disposing of all structures, trash, rubbish, waste, asbestos, foundations, footers, and all exterior parking areas, sidewalks, and underground utilities at the nine (9) original hutments, in the Camp Perry Joint Training Center. 104 calendar days (30 working days). The building demolition and debris removal process will not begin until the facility is inspected with the Environmental Office, the Contractor, and the Project Manager, and all are in agreement that demolition can begin. Domestic steel use is required, EDGE goal 5%. Bonds, insurance & prevailing wages apply
