Work shall include the furnishing and installation of new structures equipment, electrical connections, instrumentation and process controls, as well as HVAC and plumbing imporvements at HSPS. Work under this contract shall also include the furnishing the services of manufacturers' technical representatives for assistance in installation, start-up and training for the equipment provided under this contract. This project is subject to NYS/MWBE (State Revolving and SRF M/WBE program. MWBE subcontractors must be certified with the EDC Empire State Development Corporation. There is a 20% MWBE requirement. Subcontractors must review the WBE packet found in bid volumes. The packet includes, amongst other requirements, Forms 6100-2, 6100-3, 6100-4, EEO, and Lobbying form.
