Clerk of Courts Office located at: 815 E Worthey St, Gonzales, LA 70737.
Phase One: Renovating the interior of the existing Clerk of Courts office (2,600 sf) to provide new facilities for the Offices of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness (OEP). Phase Two: Add Alternate One - Included in this scope of work is renovations to the interior of the existing OEP (2,000 sf) and relocating Human Resources into this renovated space once OEP is relocated. Electronic bids and electronic bid bonds must be submitted through www.centralauctionhouse.com prior to the electronic bidding deadline. Before submitting his Bid, each prospective Bidder shall familiarize himself with the scope of the task, the sites where the proposed improvements is to be performed, local labor conditions and all laws, regulations and other factors affecting performance of the work. Insurance Required.
