Construction will be performed under the direction of Montachusett Regional Transit Authority. The work includes construction of a prefabricated bathroom facility, new concrete pavement, utility connections (water, sewer, and electric), light poles, waiting shelter, refurbished fountain foundation, benches, landscaping, and other incidental work.
