Design-Build and New Construction: The City of Colorado Springs is currently soliciting proposals from qualified firms to build and operate multiple retail concession locations within the terminal at the Colorado Springs Airport (COS). Companies shall be granted non-exclusive rights to operate for a contract period of one seven (7) year base contract, with up to five (5) additional one-year options. COS is requiring the Contractor to design and construct interior and exterior improvements for the three retail locations in return for non-exclusive use privileges at the Airport.
