New Construction and "Design Build": construct the new Bridgerland Technical College (BTECH) Health Sciences Building in Logan, Utah, adjacent to the current BTECH located at 1301 North 600 West, Logan, Utah. The owner/user anticipates that the project will be approximately 75,000 SF. The total square footage final number will be determined by the Design/Build Teams. The construction must conform to the Program, Program Supplement, Bridging Documents and Performance Specifications, DFCM High Performance Building Standard and design requirements. Wood-framed construction will not be considered. The construction budget of $29,000,000 includes design and construction of the complete project. Furnishings, fixtures and equipment defined by the program supplement and bridging documents will be purchased by the owner and installed by the contractor. Bonds required.
