No Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference/Site Visit will be held. Prior to submitting an offer contractors are welcome to pre-schedule a site visit for the week of January 25th by sending an email request to kelly.mickelson@adams12.org by 10:00 AM on January 21, 2021 The request will be forwarded to the Project Manager for coordination.

Provide General Contracting Services for door hardware upgrades as indicated herein for; preconstruction, construction, and post construction services to successfully complete the project on time, within budget, and in strict accordance with the project design and specifications. Preconstruction services shall include providing a hard bid, or lump sum construction budget based off 100% construction documents by Wold Architect as well as a complete submittal package prior to the start of construction. The contractor shall successfully execute the first construction phase (Phase I) starting in late May, 2021 and ending by August 1, 2021, followed by the second construction phase (Phase II) starting in late May, 2022 and ending by August 1, 2022.
