The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from Design/Build Firms to provide professional design/build service for the replacement of the track and the installation of artificial turf at Arabia Mountain High School, Redan High School, and Southwest DeKalb High School. The Design/Build firm’s Proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the exact form set forth herein. The Bid Bond shall be in an amount not less than 5% of the Fixed Price Proposal. The amount stated in the Bid Bond shall be included as an exact dollar figure written in numeric and word form. Failure to do so shall result in your proposal being deemed non-responsive. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
