Design Build (DB) Teams will provide design and construction services necessary for the extension of the two-lane I-285 Westbound exit ramp to Ashford Dunwoody Road, currently being constructed under Georgia DOT’s Transform 285/400 project, eastward beginning approximately 1,000 feet east of the existing Chamblee Dunwoody Road Bridge. The Chamblee Dunwoody Road bridge over I-285 will be reconstructed, and the entrance ramp to I-285 Westbound will be reconstructed to braid over the extended exit ramp before merging with I-285 Westbound. A slip lane from this entrance ramp to the extended Ashford Dunwoody Road exit ramp would create a third lane to the Ashford Dunwoody Road exit. Bond Required.
