The Park Development Division (PDD) of the Montgomery County Department of Parks, part of the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for this design build project to provide architecture and site design, cost estimating, permitting, and construction for the new SEED (Sustainable Education Every Day) Classroom building within the fenced old maintenance yard at Black Hill Regional Park, located at 20920 Lake Ridge Drive, Boyds, Maryland. Q&A due by 4pm, 6/9/21. Bonds required.
