The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to obtain competitive submissions from qualified firms or teams capable of providing a “One Stop Shop” office building design and construction services in support of downtown redevelopment. The related work is divided into two distinct phases: preliminary engineering and design, and final engineering and construction. The City will be choosing the design-build team based on their qualifications and experience in office building construction. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
