The District of Columbia Department of General Services (DGS) is issuing this Request for Proposals to solicit design-build proposals from offerors interested in serving as the design-builder for the modernization of the Browne Education Campus. The Department anticipates awarding a design-build contract to the Offeror whose Proposal is most advantageous to the District pursuant to the evaluation and award criteria in part 3, for all Project work including design and construction services including but not limited to approximately 127,000 square feet of renovated space, new roof, new building systems, full site improvements, public space improvements, and temporary swing space accommodations. The Project shall have a multi-phase delivery and a portion of the existing facility will be occupied throughout construction. Substantial Completion required by July 15, 2024. Due Date for Questions: September 30, 2022, at 2:00 P.M. DBE GFE required. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
