The City of Orlando is seeking a Design-Build Firm to design and furnish all labor, equipment, and material to construct a complete and operable facility complying with all applicable codes and standards. Any facilities, fixtures, or installation required to provide such a facility that meets these codes and standards shall be a part of these requirements regardless of whether they are specifically outlined in Section 3. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation. Bonds required. See the attached document for details about wage rates.
