New Construction: It is the County’s intent to enter into a Contract with up to two (2) qualified design and general construction firms to provide all services related to the Design-Build Services for Various Childcare Facilities. Projects must be constructed to be fully functional childcare facilities in accordance with all regulatory and licensing requirements.
