The City of Steamboat Springs (the “City”), acting as the administrative agent for the Steamboat Springs Redevelopment Authority (the “SSRA”), seeks to contract with a qualified, professional civil engineering firm (“Consultant”) pursuant to this Request for Proposals (“RFP“) to produce design documents for public improvements on Ski Time Square Drive in Steamboat Springs, Colorado (the “Project”). The Project will be pursued with funding from the SSRA and there currently is no outside funding from granting agencies or private sources. The current estimated cost for the entire project (design and construction) is approximately $4,850,000, however, only a portion of this is authorized for design services in 2022.
