The Santa Cruz Water Department (City) is soliciting proposals for design engineering services to replace an existing 875 feet of water supply pipe with a new 22 inch steel carrier pipe enclosed in a new 36 inch steel casing buried deep into the bedrock formation (~20 feet deep). Engineering and design services include field investigation (topographic survey and geotechnical investigation), preliminary, and final designs and bidding documents, and project management services during design.
