The Santa Cruz Water Department (City) is soliciting proposals for design engineering services to replace an existing 25,083 feet of the Newell Creek Pipeline from Felton Booster Pump Station to Graham Hill Road (Felton/Graham Hill) with a new 23,745 feet pipeline in a new alignment. Engineering and design services include field investigation (topographic survey and geotechnical investigation), preliminary and final designs, and bidding documents, and project management services during design.
