The City of San Diego (City) is requesting proposals to provide civil engineering services for Design of Storm Water Pump Station D Component Upgrade, (H2226043). The Project is located at 3992 Rosecrans Street within the Old Town Community Planning Area (Council District 3). Stormwater Pump Station D facility conveys storm water via a 66” -diameter RCP line to a point of discharge within the San Diego River vicinity. Proposed Pump Station D Project is to increase its capacity from approximately135,000 gpm to 270,000 gpm to mitigate flooding upstream of the station, add a new emergency generator and upgrade all associated mechanical and electrical systems, utilities, and structures. MBE & WBE Goals plus GFE documentation required. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
