Townof Hyde Park invites sealed proposals for the furnishing of all materials and labor necessary for restoration of existing Basketball Court and installation of 3 Pickleball Courts at Dinsmore Park in the Hamlet of Statsburg in the Town of Hyde Park, New York. Work shall consist mainly of: Removal of existing berms, Removal of existing fence and relocation of bush and tree, Widening of basketball court, Crack sealing and overlay of basketball court, Pickle ball court grading, subbase and asphalt pad, 4 basketball poles, backboards and goals, 3 pickleball nets with posts, Basketball and Pickleball surfacing and striping, Asphalt sidewalk, Restoration of all disturbed areas. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount bid, payable to the order of the Town of Hyde Park, or a bond with sufficient sureties, to be approved by the Supervisor, in such amount, conditioned that if the proposal is accepted, the bidder will enter into a contract for the same and will provide acceptable security, in the form of cash, certified check or performance bonds, or letters of credit, as set forth in the contract documents.
