The scope of work is to provide professional services to assist with the management of disaster debris collection and reporting activities for the City. This will include monitoring the removal contractor’s progress and recommending efficiencies to improve and expedite recovery work. The Monitoring Contractor shall coordinate with the debris removal contractor(s) and the City to ensure a compliant, well-managed and organized approach to debris collection and disposal. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
