Perform duties associated with conducting Maintenance Rating Program (MRP) evaluations, Rest Area & Weigh Station inspections and E-Maintenance data collection on roadways and facilities within District 5. Contractor prepares inspection and inventory reports for review using Department approved forms, responsible for Department database entry, and recommending corrective actions as needed. This Scope involves performing the MRP within the limits of existing District 5 Asset Maintenance Contract areas; therefore, Contractors working for the Asset Maintenance contractor within the subject District 5 Asset Maintenance areas must eliminate any conflicts of interest.
