The Monroe County School District is requesting proposals for athletic field maintenance districtwide. This maintenance contract will be for one year with the option to renew for up to three additional years. a. Inspections - Pricing inspections shall be appointment coordinated through Maintenance Department at 305-293-1400 Ext 53398. Vendors require District escorts when on campus. b. All proposals should include all labor, materials, and equipment required to perform the services described in this specification unless specifically indicated otherwise. c. Pricing - Shall be lump sum to cover the responsibility district wide in the areas specified. d. Experience -Companies must be able to provide documentation to demonstrate that they have been successfully performing similar work for at least three years. e. Insurance – All insurance, including Workers Compensation insurance shall be maintained at the levels specified in the contract made with the District. f. Schedule -Provide in your proposal a schedule or program indicating the services you will provide and the intervals at which you will perform them to execute the work of this contract. g. Regulations -All grounds work performed shall comply with all State and Federal regulations with regards to wetlands, hammocks, and native vegetation. If requested work could violate these standards please submit to the District Director of Maintenance and a written ruling will be obtained that the contractor shall follow.
