Santa Teresa High School,6150 Snell Ave., San Jose, California. All participants are required to meet and
sign-in in front of the Administration Office. The site visit is expected to take
approximately 4.5 hours. Strict adherence to Covid-19 PPE and social distancing will
be observed. Failure to attend or tardiness will render bid ineligible.
E-Rate eligible Internal Connections equipment is required for all district schools. The District’s network culture consists of Cisco Systems (or equivalent) and Aruba (or equivalent) devices. The District will also be upgrading fiber optic networks at 8 school sites. Two representative sites are available for site walk. Any construction costs associated with wiring, conduit, pathways, drilling, tunneling, trenching, patching, city permits, etc., are the responsibility of the contractor and NOT the District. Known special considerations include:• Trenching is needed for Santa Teresa (site walk scheduled)• Conduit will be required for Piedmont Hills, Santa Teresa, Evergreen, Yerba Buena, Oak Grove (site walk scheduled) Mount Pleasant, Silver Creek and Foothill. Bonds required. Prevailing wages. Q&A due by 01/25/21 at 4Pm.Pre-Qualification is a requirement for ALL contractors that will enter into a contract/agreement directly with East Side Union High School District. DVBE goals.
