No formal meeting will be conducted. the facility will be open for viewing from 10am-11am so bidders may become familiar with specific work items and area surrounding the work. All bidders are required to wear face coverings and practice proper distancing. Please refer to the Vaccination and Mask Requirements included in the Invitation for Bid. All bidders shall provide a business card or pre-printed sheets with appropriate contact information that will be placed in a folder at the meeting. No sign-up sheets will be available. Prospective bidders are limited to two attendees per bidder.
Trades: Overhead and Garage Door Opener Contractor, General Contractor GC
The project is generally described as enlarging an existing overhead door in an existing preengineered building. Specific work tasks include, but are not limited to: Removal of existing overhead door and frame components (no longer required) and disposal off site. Provide new framing, support, fasteners, and trim required to create the new opening. Provide new overhead door to match existing as closely as possible in type, materials, and color. Reuse existing door operator, including modifications as needed.
