The project shall bid out as (4) prime contracts: General Construction, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical. The scope includes: Addition and Renovations to the existing 2,178 s.f. Department of Motor Vehicles building on the corner of River Street and East Main Street in the Village of Lowville. The 3,334 s.f. +/- addition shall provide for the inclusion of the Board of Elections within the same facility.
