The awarded contractor agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform parking lot repairs and seal and stripe services at the Concord DMV Field Office for the term of the Agreement. See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services. The anticipated term for this Agreement is fifteen (15) calendar days within the term of January 1, 2022 or upon contract approval, whichever occurs later, through June 30, 2023.
