The Work generally consists of the construction of two new roads with parking areas, two new CXT restrooms, access trails and pavilion areas. The work also includes removing existing trees, site grading, roadway construction. Repairs to existing pavement, reseeding disturbed areas and repairs to existing water systems that will be disturbed by construction will also be part of the work. The Work will be defined with a Base Bid and two Bid Alternates. All table purchases need to be part of base bid.
