The project involves replacing the current bridge carrying F.A.S 245 (E. Maple Ave.) over Hickory Creek. This project consists of removing the existing double barrel (10’‐0”x7’‐0”) reinforced concrete box culvert, replacing it with a double barrel (10’‐0”x12’‐0”) reinforced concrete box culvert, and all necessary approach roadway work. Project location: Section 18‐00267‐00‐BR is located on F.A.S. 245 (E. Maple Ave.) approximately 0.02 miles west of Backbone Rd. The project begins at Station 18+85, a point in the SE quarter of section 15, Township 17 North, Range 7 East of the 4th Principal Meridian, and extends easterly to station 21+71 along F.A.S. 245 in Bureau County. Please see the location map on the cover sheet of the Plans for the exact stations and locations of the proposed work. The gross length of the project is 286 ft (0.05 miles). Contract Time: 50 working days. DBE goal 10%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
