The Dover Ridge Estates Water System, hereinafter called the Owner, is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for improvements to its water supply and treatment systems. The Work shall generally include the installation of a water softener system, backwash pump chamber, and necessary earthwork, piping, wiring, and electronic controls necessary as detailed on the plans, specifications, and Engineer’s Report. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. Two scheduled site visits (attendance at one is mandatory) - Thursday September 10, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. and Monday, September 14, 2020 at 10:00 a.m., both at the pump house located at 30 Stowe Drive, Poughquag NY 12570 – contact the Town Engineer at (845) 440-6926 extension 1 to schedule.
