The Scope of Work for the Downtown Recreation Center Site Construction Contract generally includes furnishing and installing all rough grading, fine grading, utilities, boardwalks, sidewalks, basketball courts, tennis courts, irrigations systems, and landscaping as shown on the Contract Documents. The last day for questions will be on Thursday, June 30, 2022 at 5pm. Time for Completion and Liquidated Damages: Work shall be substantially complete within 300 calendar days of Notice to Proceed. Bonds required.
